About this product
Mesh makes the upper of this women's Nike Free Metcon 7, an open weave that looks fine and light, feels less sealed than a coated cloth, and lets air travel through the holes rather than trapping it. Anthracite, black and phantom come together as a dark combination, closer to charcoal than to anything bright, and they do not need a loud contrast to read clearly. Laces close the shoe, while the sole is rubber, a dense material that tends to hold its shape and pick up scuffs instead of taking on water the way fabric can. Nike Free technology, traction and breathability are part of the same shoe, which came out in 2026.
