Navy covers this Vans Authentic Chino A-line skirt, a dark blue that can look nearly black indoors and more clearly blue in daylight. The outer fabric is 100% cotton, and the lining is 100% cotton too. Cotton has a matte, natural hand, creases where it folds, and feels cooler to the touch than most synthetics. The navy does not shift into a second hue.
