About this product
The original Slip-On silhouette was designed by Paul Van Doren, and the Vans Classic Slip-On Checkerboard in Warm Taupe Brown carries that connection into 2024. This men’s pair has a canvas upper, a woven material with a visible texture and a more matte appearance than polished leather. Its warm brown tone offers a restrained starting point for outfits built around cream, navy or faded denim. Those combinations keep the colours grounded without requiring everything to match. Canvas also brings a less formal feel than smooth leather, making the material and the muted shade the main points of interest here.
