About this product
The Authentic silhouette is described with a textile upper, textile lining and rubber sole. Textile can have a woven surface and a softer visual texture than smooth synthetic materials, while rubber provides a contrasting material for the sole. No colourway is specified, so the focus stays on the construction rather than an assumed shade. Vans brings these three components together in the Authentic, with the repeated textile giving the upper and lining a shared material character.
