About this product
The upper of the women's Salomon Outpulse is synthetic. Synthetic shoe uppers use man-made fibres instead of leather, so the surface tends to look even and smooth, without the natural grain or colour shift leather can show over time. GORE-TEX is also part of this Outpulse: that membrane is used to stop liquid water while letting moisture vapour pass. From 2023, the colours are Black, Stormy Weather and Vanilla Ice. Black is flat and dark, stormy weather a cool grey, and vanilla ice a pale cream. It is made for women.
