The pair is expected on 9 November 2026 and is reported to mark 30 years since the 1996 film. Its reported white, red and blue design takes its lead from the basketball kit worn by Michael Jordan and the Looney Tunes.
The original team’s colours and logos
Space Jam brought live-action basketball and animation together in 1996, with Jordan joining Bugs Bunny’s team against the Monstars. The Tune Squad uniform gave that unlikely team a shared identity, making its colours a direct reference to the original film.
On this edition, the reported graphics connect the outside and inside through two different names: Tune Squad and Space Jam. Oversized Jibbitz carry the team logo across the front of each clog, while the film’s original logo sits on the footbeds.
The reported colour layout puts red and blue on the heel strap and the border around the foot opening. Most of the clog is white, linking those smaller coloured areas to the white kit rather than an all-over film print.
The reported charms cover a large part of the forefoot, giving the team lettering a different scale from the interior logos. These are two separate film references: the basketball team’s name on top and the Space Jam title underfoot.
The 1996 film belongs to a different chapter from Space Jam: A New Legacy, which starred LeBron James in 2021. Here, the reported uniform inspiration points back to Jordan’s Tune Squad, rather than the later film’s team.
