About this product
The Elixir in Black/Magnet/Quiet Shade is a Salomon shoe for men from 2023. The upper is nubuck, leather sanded on the face so a fine nap replaces the smooth grain. That nap looks matte and feels soft, closer to a velvet than to a polished hide, and it can flatten or darken where bags, jeans or rain rub it. A soft brush often lifts the nap back. GORE-TEX is included in the Elixir. Black can sit with pale cloth or with stronger colours without needing a matching shade, and Magnet and Quiet Shade join it in this colour combination.
