About this product
A synthetic upper defines the material approach of the Salomon XT-6 BSTN 5AM, using manufactured materials rather than a natural-fibre upper. Synthetics can take on different textures and finishes, so the material category alone does not imply a particular surface feel. This men's model came out in 2026 with a Black/Almond Milk colour combination. The contrast between black and a creamy neutral gives the palette a clear light-and-dark balance. Those colours work with black trousers, pale denim or beige clothing without requiring another strong colour in the outfit.
